Join Dreamers and Achievers for Recovery in Action, a free community event celebrating National Recovery Month and the power of recovery, wellness, connection, and opportunity.
Taking place on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 1:00 PM–7:00 PM at THEARC in Washington, DC, this event brings together individuals, families, community organizations, service providers, and local partners for an uplifting day of education, empowerment, and engagement.
Explore recovery and wellness resources, participate in Narcan training, discover healthy lifestyle options, enjoy creative expression and mind-body wellness activities, build new skills, and connect with peers and organizations serving the community.
Whether you are on your own recovery journey, supporting someone you love, or simply looking to connect with valuable community resources, Recovery in Action is a space for everyone.
