There is a formal, lender-required process for challenging an appraised value, and most of the industry still doesn't know how to use it correctly. This class walks you through the Reconsideration of Value process from start to finish so you stop losing deals to a number that could have been fixed.
Since the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac ROV guidelines took effect, every lender is required to have a clear, documented process for handling borrower-initiated reconsiderations of value.
