Kambarang is the Noongar season of Birth and the second Spring. The wild flowers are well and truly here, the days are getting longer and the great outdoors are calling. There is a magical merriment in the air felt by all living things as we collectively rejoice in the warmth and breathe the scent of spring flowers deep into our lungs.During this group eco-therapy session you will be guided through meditation, mindfulness and creative practices to relax, let go, and deeply connect with yourself, others and the nature that surrounds us.
When we connect with the natural world, we can gain a fresh perspective, a stronger sense of self, and move forward with renewed energy, enthusiasm and love for life.
Please bring:
- a journal and pen
- a cushion or blanket to sit on
- a hat
- a water bottle
- your authentic self, however you may be
$20 or $15 concession
We will meet at Manning Park on the southern side of the lake, on the grassed area amongst the tall pine trees.
