About this Event
If you're anything like me, you've learned to succeed by being agreeable, dependable, and steady. None of those qualities are inherently bad. The problem is that if you've learned to prioritize those qualities over alignment, you've gradually become exhausted, burned out, and disconnected from who you are and how you're designed to function.
Though we are grateful for the achievements and experiences we've gained up to this point, and while they are honorable (degrees, titles, salary, a nice home, a nice car, etc.), we still feel a sense that there's a void. Like we haven't even scratched the surface.
If you're anything like me, I imagine you're craving satisfaction, alignment, and fulfillment. This is attained when you set aside people-pleasing, step outside your comfort zone, and prioritize alignment over the approval of others.
This transformation requires a different kind of self-leadership. Not the ones that earned you the accolades, but the kind that will help you remember who you are, step into what you're called to do in this life, and that will finally give this experience meaning, depth, and range.
