t’s time to RECLAIM YOU! Join us for the Reclaiming Me Conference 2026: Mind, Body & Soul, a powerful experience created to encourage healing, restoration, reflection, and personal growth. This is a safe space to pause, breathe, reconnect, and pour back into yourself while strengthening your mind, caring for your body, and renewing your soul.
Throughout the experience, guests will participate in interactive workshops, including movement and exercise for the Body, breathing and mindfulness activities for the Mind, and heartfelt testimonies, open discussion, prayer, and spiritual encouragement for the Soul.
