Join us for a morning created just for women to reconnect with your strength, confidence, and body. Hosted by Healing Loudly during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, this event offers a chance to:
- Learn practical self-defense skills
- Move your body through yoga and somatic movement
- Hear from inspiring speakers sharing honest, empowering stories
- Connect with local women-owned businesses and local wellness providers
- Take home a swag bag filled with resources and goodies
Come build confidence, try something new, connect with other women, and spend a morning doing something for yourself. 50% of the proceeds will support Project HELP to support those impacted by domestic and sexual violence.
