Perimenopause can bring changes that leave you wondering, “What is happening to me?” Changes in your body, emotions, sleep, anxiety, relationships, and even your sense of self can make this season feel overwhelming.
Reclaim is a monthly support group led by Melissa McGlothren, MSW, LCSW, created to give women a safe, supportive space to talk openly about the realities of perimenopause and midlife.
Come connect with women who understand, share what you’re experiencing, ask questions, and simply feel heard, understood, and supported.
