About this Event
A guided sauna experience designed to get your body moving, your senses switched on and your energy up, getting you ready for the week ahead.
We’ll move through a series of sauna and cold-plunge rounds, combining heat, movement, breathwork, scent and cold. Expect guided mobility to wake up the body, energising breathwork, aromatic sauna rounds and time in the cold plunge - all carefully paced so you can push your energy up without it feeling like a workout.
Plus: an optional cooling face mask at the end for a little extra Sunday self-care.
You don’t need any previous sauna or cold-plunge experience. Everything is guided, and you can always work at your own pace.
