The economy was struggling, but the pop girlies were EMPLOYED. 💅🪩We’re bringing RECESSION POP to Amy’s Place! That late-2000s/early-2010s era of Gaga, Rihanna, Kesha, Britney and Katy—huge dance beats, glitter everywhere, and choruses you still know word for word.
Minus Nicki Minaj—her invitation got revoked, babes. 💋🚫
The bills were due, the eyeliner was questionable, and every song demanded you report to the dance floor. 😭✨
Calling all little monsters, pop divas and former messy club kids: grab your besties and come serve “rent’s due, but so is this choreography.” 💋
🗓 November 27 | 9pm–2am
📍 Amy’s Place • 120 N First Street, Champaign
Dress like the paparazzi are outside. Dance like your flip phone can’t record it. 💖
