Fall gently arrives this month, slowing us down so we can fully restore ourselves, rather than continuing to push ourselves to exhaustion. Like Mother Earth, we also need a gentle pause to restore and bloom to our fullest.
The Fall Equinox invites us to reflect on what we have been cultivating in our lives, let go of what has become too heavy to carry into the new season, and refocus on the goals and intentions that feel most aligned.
