Pittsburgh Area Real Estate Friends!

This is the one. The RealtyCo Halloween Bash is the industry party of the year, and we want every one of our friends in the room for it.

Costumes strongly encouraged.

Thanks to our amazing sponsors, we've taken over the entire WBU Event Venue. The whole building is ours for the night. Three bars, a casino floor, a ballroom with an original 1916 tin ceiling and a grand horseshoe bar, and an outdoor fire pit looking straight at the Pittsburgh skyline.

Open bar all night with spooky cocktails, wine, and beer. Catered appetizers and dinner. PJ the DJ going all night. A cigar lounge out by the fire if you want somewhere quieter to actually talk.

Your $10 ticket holds your spot and gets you casino cash.

Five live tables from Monte Carlo, with craps, roulette, blackjack, and poker running 6 to 8. Cash out your chips for raffle tickets and put them toward the baskets you want. Play well and you're walking out with something.

We're giving away over $2,500!

Raffle baskets from our vendors worth over $2,000, plus $250 for Best Costume and $250 for Funniest Costume - judged by the crowd.

You'll find investors, contractors, agents, title reps, lenders, insurance pros, and 15+ local vendors we personally work with and refer. Let loose, catch up with old friends, meet a few new ones, and get some business done. Or don't. Either one is a good night.

Uber or Lyft is strongly preferred.

Parking is limited to 50 vehicles on site plus street parking on Varley.
