About this Event
Ever wonder why certain people push your buttons, why you react more strongly than a situation seems to warrant, or why you keep finding yourself in the same frustrating patterns?
Welcome to your shadow! 👻
Shadow work is the practice of exploring the parts of ourselves we tend to hide, reject, or ignore. Maybe it's jealousy, anger, insecurity, or the need to be liked. Sometimes it's even positive qualities we've learned to suppress, like confidence, playfulness, or the courage to speak up.
These parts don't simply disappear when we ignore them. They can quietly influence how we see ourselves, how we react to others, and how we show up in our relationships.
The shadow isn’t something to be afraid of. It’s something to understand, learn to work with, and integrate. By bringing curiosity and compassion to the parts of ourselves we'd rather avoid, we can become less reactive, more understanding, and more comfortable in our own skin. We can learn to respond with intention instead of reacting on autopilot, creating more room for connection, authenticity, and fun!
🧡 So, what will we actually DO Friday evening?
We'll explore these ideas through Authentic Relating Games: fun, interactive activities designed to get you thinking in new ways, noticing your patterns, and discovering surprising things about yourself and others.
Expect thought provoking questions, fresh perspectives, meaningful conversations, and plenty of opportunities to laugh and connect. You don't need any experience with shadow work or personal development. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore!
