Looking for something REAL? Whether you're looking to strengthen friendships, improve family dynamics, navigate dating, or simply feel more connected, this gathering is for you.
We'll explore questions like:
- Why do relationships feel so hard sometimes?
- What skills help people build trust, connection, and understanding?
- What relationship challenges are people facing today?
Most of us were taught that relationships succeed because we find the right person. We believe something different. Great relationships are built when real people bring real curiosity, real courage, and real skills. That's why we call this REALationship.
In this interactive workshop, we'll start with a conversation where everyone is welcome to share perspectives and ask questions. Then we'll learn and practice the tools needed for building healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Along the way, we'll explore skills like empathy, curiosity, active listening, and honest communication.
REALationship Skills Lab is led by Halle Senger, an experienced Authentic Relating facilitator who has spent nearly a decade teaching emotional intelligence, communication, and relationship skills. Halle believes that while healthy relationships don't always come naturally, the skills that make them thrive can be learned and practiced.
