Led by Dr. Becca Whittaker, this empowering three-part series is designed for college students and women ages 15+ who want to take control of their personal safety both online and in person. You will learn to spot toxic behavior early, set firm intentions, and build healthy connections without the guesswork. Alongside relationship smarts, this hands-on course teaches you the psychology behind the body's freeze response and equips you with simple, easy-to-remember physical self-defense techniques that work even if taken by surprise. Walk away with the mental tools, practical safety skills, and confidence to trust your intuition and defend your personal space.

How to Get There: Parking and Directions 🗺️
Bristlecone Hall is located on the corner of 200 S 800 W in Cedar City, Utah. Please utilize the parking lots directly to the West or the South of the building. Please be aware that permits may be required during specific hours and student activites may fill up the lots early. Arrive a few minutes early to ensure you can find a spot and walk to the classroom. Room 121 is on the1st floor in the East hallway of the building.
