Real Rum Experience - A Taste of Africa

Step out of the everyday and into the sun‑drenched spirit of East Africa as Real Rum Experience brings the world of Kakira Rum to the Rhum Tavern. For one evening, you’re invited to escape the familiar and explore the vibrant flavours, rich heritage, and unexpected elegance of Uganda’s most exciting rum producer. This is more than a tasting — it’s a journey into a region where sugarcane thrives, tradition runs deep, and rum takes on a character all its own.

You’ll discover how Kakira transforms its lush cane fields and generations of craft into expressive, flavour‑forward rums that stand proudly on the global stage. From bright, youthful notes to deeper, more complex expressions, each pour reveals a new side of East African rum culture. Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or simply curious, this tasting offers a rare chance to experience a rum tradition that’s still a hidden gem — and one you won’t soon forget.
