Real Estate Before 30 is a casual, high-value event designed for University of Arkansas students who are interested in building wealth, exploring career opportunities, investing, entrepreneurship, or simply understanding how real estate actually works before they leave college.
This is not a sales pitch, and you do not need to be a real estate major or know anything about the industry to attend.
We are bringing together young professionals and people actively working in real estate to break down the different ways real estate can become a career path, an investment strategy, a side opportunity, or a long-term wealth-building tool.
What we’ll cover
- How people actually make money in real estate
- What a career in real estate really looks like
- How new agents build their first clients and opportunities
- House hacking and ways young buyers can approach their first property
- Real estate investing fundamentals
- Careers beyond being an agent, including lending, title, development, construction, marketing and other related industries
- How relationships and networking can create opportunities before and after graduation
- What it takes to get started if a real estate career interests you
We’ll also walk through realistic examples so you can see how the numbers, opportunities and career paths actually work.
