About this Event
Rather than getting overly technical, we use real-world roofing situations and lots of photos to help agents recognize common roofing concerns and better understand how those issues can affect a real estate transaction.
We cover everything from improper installations and premature roof failures to storm/animal damage, insurance claims, repairs, maintenance concerns, and common defects agents may encounter during an inspection. The class also includes a rapid-fire photo section where we look at actual roofing issues and discuss what they mean.
The goal isn’t to turn Realtors into roofers. It’s to give them enough practical knowledge to ask better questions, communicate more confidently with buyers and sellers, and help keep roofing issues from unnecessarily derailing a transaction.
