About the venue: This is an axe-throwing venue with a bar, rated 4.9 from around 710 reviews — joint highest in the set. It opens at 4pm Monday and Tuesday and 1pm Wednesday and Thursday, closing at 10pm. The activity format is unusual for networking, as it's organised around throwing lanes rather than open mingling, and reviewers strongly advise booking ahead as it gets fully packed.
Getting there: The venue is at The Collection in Oxnard. There is a Metrolink and Amtrak station but it is not within walking distance, so driving is the practical option — there is extensive free parking.
