And while they may not have been fun to live through, they usually come with lessons worth sharing.
For our October meeting, local investors are sharing their real estate horror stories: what happened, how they handled it, and what they learned from it.
And if you have a real estate horror story of your own, we want to hear it! This will be an open conversation where investors can share their experiences, swap stories, and pass along lessons that might save someone else from learning the hard way.
Come laugh about the things we can laugh about now, commiserate over the ones that still hurt a little, and learn from people who have been there.
