About this Event
Join Real Estate Cheat Codes at 8532 Macawa for a behind-the-scenes look at how we brought this project together, from financing and permitting to construction.
We’ll walk the property and break down the decisions behind the build, what we learned along the way, and what you should consider before starting your own ADU. We’ll also discuss how to take on the process yourself or work with our team of professionals to bring your plans to life.
What we’ll cover:
🔑 Financing the project and planning your budget
📐 Navigating design, permitting, and approvals
🔨 Moving from approved plans into construction
🚗 Designing for livability with parking, privacy, and outdoor space
💬 Open Q&A so you can ask questions about your own property or next project
