We’re offering a practical and supportive 2-day workshop for anyone considering self-employment or launching a new business. Led by an experienced business coach and supported by specialist guest presenters, the programme covers the key areas every new business owner needs to understand.
This is a pay-what-you-can workshop, with a suggested donation of £50 to help cover delivery costs and support future start-up programmes. We want the workshop to remain accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances.

• Two full days of expert-led training
• Copies of all presentation slides
• Practical templates including business plans, cash flow forecasts, and other useful planning tools
• A bank of resources and recommended websites
• Opportunities to ask questions and receive guidance tailored to your business idea

2️⃣Day Two – Friday 20th November
• Morning – Marketing, social media, and building your online presence
• Afternoon – Practical steps for getting started and planning your next steps
After each session, attendees will receive a range of useful resources to keep and refer back to throughout their business journey.
