You can plan the quiet walk, give other dogs space and avoid the places you know your dog struggles. But what happens when real life doesn't stick to the plan?
A dog suddenly appears around the corner.
An off-lead dog comes running over.
You get caught somewhere with no easy way out.
Something unexpected happens and you've got seconds to decide what to do.
Those are the moments that can make living with a reactive or big-feeling dog so hard.
That's why I created Ready for Anything.
This practical 6-week course is about building a toolbox of emergency behaviours that you and your dog can practise before you need them.
Rather than being unprepared for difficult situations, we will give you the skills you need, in a controlled environment where your dog can learn so you are ready for real-life moments.
We'll work on practical behaviours you can use to help you create space, move your dog away, regain connection and handle those unexpected situations with far more confidence.
The aim isn't to make sure nothing ever goes wrong.
It's to make sure that when it does, you've both got something you've practised to help you in a stressful situation.
