YOU HAVE THE ASSIGNMENT. BUT ARE YOU FORMED TO CARRY IT?Registration is officially open for the Ready, But Not Released™ Ministry Leadership Formation Intensive, taking place Saturday, November 21, 2026, in Rhode Island.
This is not another leadership conference.
It is a full-day Kingdom leadership formation experience designed for pastors, ministry leaders, emerging leaders, and church leadership teams who recognize that carrying an assignment requires more than gifting—it requires formation.
Throughout the day, we will explore:
• Kingdom Identity & Calling
• Discernment & Assignment Alignment
• Personal & Spiritual Formation
• Faith & Obedience
• Servant Leadership
• Readiness & Divine Timing
• Stewardship of Leadership Influence
Every participant will receive a Leadership Formation Workbook + 30-Day Formation Plan to continue the work beyond the Intensive.
God does not merely prepare the assignment. He prepares the person who will carry it.
