Roaming Education and Community Health (REACH) will be providing a pop-up service for 15min health checks.
The checks include;
Blood pressure
Pulse
Oxygen saturation
blood glucose
Girth and,
Type 2 diabetes risks.
Enrolled nursing students from North Metro TAFE will provide the checks, along with health education to help you achieve optimal health.
