🌿 Reach & Release with Radiate Naturally
Radiate Naturally is hosting Reach & Release on a recurring monthly basis — a free, community-centered wellness experience designed to help you move, breathe, and release stress in a supportive environment.
🗓 When & Where: Last Saturday of every month at Wade Walker Park
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
These classes are open to all fitness levels and are completely free to attend.
Participants may also choose to add:
- ✨ Reiki sessions with Trinity John
- 💪 Total body stretching with Coach Angie BE
Both are available with a $10 love offering.
Come as you are.
Move at your own pace.
Release stress and reconnect with your body.
