Re-Mothering Yourself Workshop
Re-Mothering Yourself is a gentle, trauma-informed workshop designed for women and gender-diverse individuals who resonate with this experience and who are navigating complex or strained relationships with their mothers. Led by Brianna Robles, LCPC, this experience integrates psychoeducation, somatic healing practices, inner child work, and mindfulness-based techniques to explore the “mother wound.” Through guided reflection, creative expression, restorative yoga, and visualization, you’ll learn how to cultivate safety, compassion, and nurturing from within—beginning the process of becoming your own source of love.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or stuffed animal, journal, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. A limited number of extra items will be available to share.
