RDO Caters Taters is an annual potato luncheon where 100% of the proceeds are donated to a different local charity each year. This year's event is at the Holiday Inn Fargo.
Event time: 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
For $10, guests enjoy a delicious lunch featuring a "pound-tato" — a one-pound baked potato with a variety of tasty toppings offered, a beverage and dessert!
This year’s recipient charity is Hope Blooms, which creates moments of connection, joy and belonging by repurposing donated flowers for individuals who may be facing isolation, loneliness or hardship.
This year, RDO Caters Taters will help support the Hope Blooms mission and strengthen their ability to deliver more joy throughout the community.
