SFU Economics students are invited to join us at the RBC offices in downtown Vancouver to get the inside scoop on working in financial services at one of Canada’s biggest chartered banks.
Pamela Yoon (BA Economics, SFU), Senior Portfolio Manager at RBC Dominion Securities will speak with Azam Bhatti from SFU’s Department of Economics about her career journey and share advice for students starting their careers. We’ll also hear from Griffith Dias, Manager, Talent Acquisition Programming, about opportunities with RBC.
Following the talk join us for light refreshments and a chance to network with the RBC recruitment team.

About Pamela Yoon
Pamela Yoon, Chartered Market Technician (CMT) is a 30-year veteran in the investment industry and serves the wealth management needs of high-net-worth clients. She is one of the few CMT charterholders in Canada and RBC. As a Senior Portfolio Manager with RBC Dominion Securities she manages a concentrated global equity portfolio for her clients and leads a team directly managing $300 million. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from SFU. In 2019, she established the annual Pamela Yoon Undergraduate Award in Economics.
