Additional Instruction by James Bennett owner of Backbone Athletics. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has played 2 seasons of Independent Minor League baseball as a pitcher. From both coaches you will receive high level knowledge of every position! Primary focus being as follows:
Single A level Infield instruction/drills
Single A level outfield instruction/drills
Single A level hitting instruction/drills
Specialized Professional pitching instruction/drills
Team Scrimmages
