Over one concentrated urban weekend, we guide you through the core elements of the Raw & Real work.
Practices that bring you out of your head
and back into your body, your sensations, and your connection.
Through breathwork, conscious touch, relational exercises, guided explorations, and shared reflection, you’ll:

• create space for what is true — even when it feels vulnerable
