Rare/High-End Bowmore & Laphroaig Tasting & Dinner - Seven Islay Pours and a Farewell to a Legend

Baramor and Oak n' Barrel welcome back the legendary Simon Brooking for one more night of Islay whisky - and a proper send-off. Simon led our Laphroaig dinner, and this one is his farewell before retirement. We pulled the rarest Bowmore and Laphroaig we could get our hands on to do it right.
The night opens with a Laphroaig Oak Select welcome cocktail, then moves into the tasting:
Bowmore 12 Year with an oyster luge
Bowmore 18 Year
Bowmore 21 Year Sherry
Bowmore 21 Year Aston Martin
Laphroaig 11 Year Single Cask, Amontillado Sherry
Laphroaig Willem Dafoe Limited Edition
Two 21 Year Olds, a single cask matured in Amontillado sherry, and a pair of limited releases - bottles that rarely land on a shelf, let alone on the same table. Come raise a glass with us and thank Simon for years of great whisky.
