We're honored to welcome Pablo Moix, founder of Rare Character Whiskey, who will personally lead guests through an exceptional tasting experience featuring some of the most sought-after expressions in the Rare Character portfolio.
This isn't your typical whiskey tasting. It's a unique opportunity to spend time with one of the personalities behind some of today's most exciting American whiskeys, explore outstanding bourbons and ryes, and support a cause that makes a meaningful difference in people's lives.
This is an exclusive, private-ticketed event. Bin110 will be closed to the general public for the duration of the event.

Pablo will guide guests through a carefully curated selection of exceptional whiskeys, including:
- Black Maple Hill Premium Small Batch — An exceptional expression from one of the most intriguing names in American whiskey.
- Black Maple Hill 10 Year Rye — A beautifully aged rye showcasing depth, complexity, and character.

The net proceeds from all event ticket sales, along with 100% of the proceeds from our silent auction, will be donated directly to 24 Foundation.

Important Event & Beverage Service Information
To accommodate this special fundraising event, Bin110 will be closed to the general public from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, November 7. Admission during this time will be limited exclusively to ticketed event guests.
In accordance with North Carolina ABC regulations governing this special event, Bin110's regular bar operations will be suspended for the duration of the fundraiser.
All alcoholic beverage service will be limited to the welcome cocktails and curated whiskey selections offered through the Rare Character and 24 Foundation event. Bin110's regular bar menu and additional alcoholic beverage purchases will not be available during this time.
All attendees must be 21 years of age or older and present valid identification.
