Free Antique & Rare Book Valuation Day!What is your bookshelf hiding?
Join us on Tuesday 17th of November from 10am to 2pm at our saleroom: Auctioneum Ltd, Broadlands Fruit Farm, Bath, BA1 7LR to discover the hidden value in your old books.
Just a 10 minute drive from the centre of Bath - ample free parking.
We want to see anything from 17th century manuscripts, to signed first editions, and everything in-between.
🧙When our experts found a forgotten first-edition copy of The Hobbit on a client’s bookshelf, it went on to sell for a record-breaking £43,000! 🧙♂️
Could your bookshelf hold the next big literary discovery?🧙
Bath was a home and backdrop for Jane Austen, an inspiration for Charles Dickens's satirical social tales, and the unexpected backdrop where a 19-year-old Mary Shelley penned much of Frankenstein.
Our qualified and expert team will be offering free valuations, auction advice, and accepting entries for our upcoming specialist Book auction in January.
No appointment needed, simply turn up.

⚠️BE WARY of organisations or individuals offering cash in exchange for your items. These types of companies are often unregulated, acting illegally or just plain unfair. They are preying on YOUR lack of knowledge to maximise their PERSONAL profits. Selling at auction is fair, transparent, and markets your item to the biggest possible market. ASK US BEFORE SELLING ANYTHING. Our advice is free, without obligation and backed up by decades of qualified experience. ⚠️
