Food & Refreshments
Multiple vegetarian food options, including authentic Gujarati dinner and snacks, will be available for purchase at the food stalls.
Vrat items are also available.
Complimentary drinking water will be provided to all attendees.
Entry Protocol
Pre-registration is mandatory. SDDGM discourages on-the-spot registrations to avoid last-minute rush.
Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID and your Razorpay payment receipt for verification at the entry.
Dress Code
Traditional attire only: Saree, Chaniya Choli, Ghagra, Kurta, Kediyu, Pajama, etc.
To maintain the traditional spirit and modesty of the Navratri festival dedicated to Maa Amba, SDDGM discourages informal wear such as jeans, skirts, shorts, etc.
Dandiya Sticks
Bring your own Dandiya sticks or purchase them at the venue.
Prizes & Recognition
Awards and certificates are planned to be presented across various categories following competitions held during the event.
Indicative categories may include Best Couple, Best Outfit, Best Dance, Technique, Age Group, and other similar categories. Competitions and awards may be held on any one of the three event days.

2. No refund, partial refund, or modification will be permitted under any circumstances. Refunds will only be processed if the event is cancelled in its entirety.
3. Food is not included in the pass and may be purchased separately at the food stalls. Complimentary drinking water will be available.
4. All attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification checks may be conducted at the entry point. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any individual in accordance with event rules and requirements.
5. Alcohol and nuisance-causing or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.

7. SDDGM reserves the right to alter, modify, postpone, or cancel the event if circumstances so require. The organizers shall not be liable for circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
