If you're a fan of Reasonable Doubt, you already know the drama is good, but the R&B soundtrack? Even better! We're bringing those unforgettable classic and contemporary R&B sounds to the mat for a special end-of-year pop-up, Reasonable Doubt: An R&B Yoga Experience!

Join me Saturday, December 5th, from 2:00–3:00 PM in Smyrna, GA, at Stellar Power Yoga (free parking included), for a grown & sexy yoga experience inspired by the music featured throughout the hit series. Whether you love the show or simply love great R&B, this hour is all about YOU.

We'll deeply stretch tight muscles, release built-up tension, quiet the mind, and give your nervous system the reset it's been craving. Step away from the holiday hustle and leave feeling looser, lighter, calmer, and completely relaxed.

All the drama in the music. None of the tension in your body.

BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at 2pm, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I believe yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for this special R&B Yoga class.
