Spend an evening at Rancho Gordo’s Main Street store with Rhiana Moussa Fortelny, a Lebanese chef and caterer with a deep love of sharing the food, stories, and traditions she grew up with.
In this intimate cooking demonstration, Rhiana will invite us into the heart of Lebanese food culture through fresh ingredients, vibrant mezze, family stories, and the beautiful tradition of hospitality. She’ll demonstrate the art of making hummus from scratch, sharing the techniques, ingredients, and traditions that make this dish so special.
This is a cooking demonstration; guests will not participate in hands-on food preparation. Each ticket includes a one-pound bag of Rancho Gordo Garbanzo beans to take home.
