🐴 RANCH 2 RAIL IS BACK FOR 2027! 🐴April 23–25, 2027 | Hylee Training | Prince George, BC
Three days. Two clinicians. Saddle fitting. And a whole lot of learning!
Whether you're getting ready for your first show or looking to sharpen your skills for the upcoming season, this clinic is all about helping you and your horse walk into the show pen feeling prepared and confident.
And we've brought together two clinicians who approach the show pen from different, but equally important, perspectives!
🐴 Alicia Harper – Equestrian Canada High Performance Coach
Alicia's focus is Functional Horsemanship. Building horses that are confident, responsive, balanced, and capable of doing their jobs, both inside and outside the show pen. Her approach is about developing the foundation behind the maneuvers, improving communication between horse and rider, and making sure that what you're asking for actually makes sense to your horse.
Because a great show horse should be a great horse to ride, too!
🏆 Jodie Moore – World Champion Coach & Multi-Carded Judge
Jodie brings a wealth of experience from the competitive side of the industry. As a World Champion Coach and a judge with more cards than we could possibly list here (seriously! 😅), she knows what separates a good performance from a great one.
Her perspective will help riders understand what judges are looking for, how to improve their presentation, and where those little details can make a big difference in the show pen.
Together, we're combining the training behind the performance with the knowledge of how that performance is evaluated.
Over the weekend, we'll work on:
🐴 Ranch riding, rail work and show preparation
🐴 Practical coaching and individual feedback
🐴 Saddle fitting with Peter
🐴 Putting it all together in Sunday's show!
