– PATIENT PARKING LOT OPENS
The patient parking lot will open no later than 11:59 p.m. (midnight local time) on Friday night, Oct. 16, and will remain open throughout the clinic weekend.
– CLINIC END TIME NOTICE
While Facebook requires us to list a clinic end time, please note that this time does not guarantee service availability.
Clinic capacity is often reached early in the day, especially for dental and vision services. Once capacity is reached, additional patients cannot be admitted, and we begin closing and packing up. We recommend arriving in the morning well before the clinic opens for the best chance of being seen.
– ARRIVAL PROCESS
When you arrive, RAM staff and volunteers will provide you with information about next steps and clinic procedures. Clinic doors typically open at 6 a.m.
– WHAT TO BRING
If arriving early, please come prepared with your own food, water, medications, and weather-appropriate clothing. Bathrooms will be available at the parking site.
– SERVICES OFFERED AT THE CLINIC
RAM offers free dental, vision, and medical services on a first-come, first-served basis.
Due to time constraints, you may be asked to choose between dental and vision services.
General medical services are available to all patients who attend.
– REQUIREMENTS
All services are free and open to the public. No ID or insurance required.
– ARRIVE EARLY
In some situations — such as bad weather, volunteer cancellations, or other unexpected circumstances — the parking lot may open earlier than posted, and the number of patients served may be limited. If you are seeking dental services, we strongly encourage you to arrive as early as possible.
