Exactly one month before the midterms we will gather at Lincoln Douglas Square with the weekly Alton Protest reminding everyone to VOTE in November. These midterms are crucial to our country's future. It's time for anyone who doesn't vote to consider how important it is for our democracy. We'll have water on site and there is plenty of public parking within walking distance of LD Square. There are public restrooms at the Visitor's Center across the street. We also encourage anyone who attends to support the local small businesses in the area before or after the event.
