Rakhi-meditaatio: Suojeluksen ja rakkauden sidos KorkeimpaanHaluaisitko päästää irti jostakin, mikä ei enää palvele sinua? Tule kylpemään lempeässä, rauhoittavassa ilmapiirissä ja ammentamaan itseesi Rakkautta ja Valoa. Rakhi-meditaatio pohjautuu perinteiseen intialaiseen Raksha Bandhan -juhlaan.
Tilaisuudessa voit:
* rauhoittaa mielesi ja hengähtää arjen keskellä
* ammentaa rakkautta ja voimaa sisäiseen muutokseen
* vahvistaa yhteyttä omaan rauhaasi ja viisauteesi
Tilaisuuden ohjaa yli 50 vuoden meditaatiokokemuksen omaava Sisar Mani Lontoosta.

Rakhi Meditation: A Bond of Protection and Love with the Supreme
Come and bathe in a gentle, soothing atmosphere and fill yourself with Love and Light. Find the strength to let go of everything that no longer serves you. Rakhi meditation is inspired by the traditional Indian festival of Raksha Bandhan.
During this event, you can:
* calm your mind and take a peaceful break from everyday life
* draw on love and strength for inner transformation
* deepen your connection with your own peace and wisdom
The event will be led by Sister Mani from London. She will explain the spiritual significance of Rakhi and tie a rakhi thread around the wrists of those who wish to receive one. The thread reminds us of our eternal connection with the Supreme – a connection that can protect, strengthen and heal us.
A warm welcome to everyone! Admission is free, and no previous meditation experience is needed. The event will be held in English with Finnish interpretation.
