📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Participants must be physically fit and capable of completing the race.
• Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Accurate personal information must be provided during registration.
• Bib numbers must be worn visibly throughout the race.
• All participants run entirely at their own risk.
• Organizers are not responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage during the event.
• Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical condition to the organizers.
• Runners must follow the official route and instructions of race marshals and volunteers.
• Exceeding the official cut-off time will result in removal from official race results.
• Any form of cheating, course cutting, littering, verbal abuse, or unsporting behavior may lead to immediate disqualification.
• The use of performance-enhancing drugs or alcohol during the race is strictly prohibited.
• Organizers reserve the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event due to adverse weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
• No refund will be provided in case of cancellation or postponement caused by circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.
• Participants agree that organizers, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or property damage.
• Participants grant permission for the use of event photographs, videos, and race results for promotional and media purposes.
• Respect fellow runners, volunteers, local communities, and the environment at all times.
• Littering is strictly prohibited. Please use designated bins or carry your waste.
• By completing registration, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions of Rajkandi Hill Ultra 2027.
