In-Person Workshop Series for Parents & Guardians

Join us in person for a down-to-earth conversation about the ups and downs of raising teens in Canada. Discover how to stay connected with your teen while giving them the space to grow. This workshop series is all about sharing practical tips, stories, and real talk to help you navigate the teenage years with confidence and care.

A practical, culturally responsive workshop series helping South Asian families navigate the challenges of raising teenagers in Canada while maintaining connection, communication, and family values.

Dates: September 1–October 20, 2026
Schedule: Every Tuesday
Time: 6:00–7:00 PM
Number of Sessions: 8
Location: 10 George St. N, Brampton, ON, Canada
For: Parents and guardians of preteens and teens ages 12–19
Languages: English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi


Cost
  • $30 per session
  • $100 for the complete 8-session workshop series
  • Payment accepted by credit, debit, or cash on site.
