Hosted at the BSH Kitchen and Showroom in downtown Washington, DC, this experience takes place in a beautifully designed culinary space featuring premium Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau appliances—an ideal setting for an evening of cooking, learning and dining together.
The evening’s full dinner menu includes:
Info: Classic Wedge Salad — iceberg, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion, bacon and blue cheese dressing
Pan-Seared New York Strip Steak or Sirloin Filet — garlic-herb compound butter and red wine-shallot pan sauce
Classic Potato Purée
Charred Broccolini — lemon and garlic
Warm Chocolate Lava Cake — vanilla bean cream
Choice of red or white wine, beer, or soft drinks
What to know before you arrive:
Info: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
All necessary cooking equipment and ingredients are provided.

No prior cooking experience is required.
This experience is for guests 18 and older. Alcoholic beverages may be available to guests 21+ only, and a valid government-issued photo ID will be required for alcohol service. Guests under 21 will not be served alcohol.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest or the value applied as a credit toward a future Nourish Culinary class when requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled class.
