DEADLIFT:
Every athlete will do opening weight then the bar will be rising 10kg at a time.
Opening weights:
Women 80kg
Men 120kg
Athletes can choose to skip weights.
Good solid lockout at top.
Hitching is ok.
All straps are ok.
No suits.
No dropping the bar after lock out or you will be given no lift.
LOG PRESS:
Every athlete will do opening weight then the log will be rising 5kg at a time.
Opening weights:
Women 35kg
Men 80kg
Athletes can choose to skip weights.
Good solid lockout at top.
No suits.
No dropping the log after lock out or you will be given no lift.
£20 entry fee for single comp entry.
£30 for both competitions.
