Raingarden Research Hub Sandbox Event
Join us in person for the Raingarden Research Hub (RRH) Sandbox Event! Bringing together students, academics, and external partners to co-design interdisciplinary student research projects connected to the University’s Raingarden Parklet and Research Hub. This sandbox event will use the raingarden as a real-world living laboratory and inspiration for collaborative research projects.
Objectives
· Generate multidisciplinary student project ideas linked to the raingarden
· Build collaborations between students, academics, Estates, and external partners
· Identify projects suitable for undergraduate and postgraduate projects
· Introduce students to Strathclyde's nature-based solutions (NbS), climate adaptation, biodiversity, and sustainability challenges
· Create a pipeline of projects for the RRH digital platform and future funding applications.
