Name change clinic for Kentucky and Indiana residents. The attorneys are volunteering their time. You just need to bring your State issued ID, and what you new name will be. We have limited of donations to have their cases handled for fee. So, if you need the filing fees to covered, please let the attorneys know while you are there. Of course, if you can pay for the fees, which are about $155, come on down and if you can donate to cover another person's filing, let me know. If you can't pay the fees/costs, for those in need they will be covered by the @fairness If you have never been into the Mellwood Arts Center, you follow the signs (like for Danny Mac's pizza) and come into the courtyard and then Butchertown Brewing is on the right side of the courtyard.
