About this Event
Harvesting the Rain! Participants will learn how to design and install a rain garden to capture rain and storm water while creating a thriving, water-efficient, landscape celebrating native plants. We are going to plant the rain! This hands-on workshop will include the installation of a rain garden at EVERGREEN founder, Siân Greenwood's, family home. This will be the first in a series of workshops, Living the Santa Margarita Watershed.

Walker Wilson - of Walkers Wildlands Nursery and Landscape celebrating the diversity of our eco-system through growing, using, and teaching about native plants
Hosted by EVERGREEN in collaboration with the Temecula Valley Native Plant Network.
Cost: Suggested donation, $25 (no one turned away for lack of funds)
Limited to 15 participants
Participants - please bring gloves, hat, wear sturdy closed-toe shoes, and dress for the weather. Something to write with and on will be useful for taking notes. Tools are welcome if you have them.
