Announcing our December open house event! We are open from 10am - 3pm.Come and visit Canada’s largest HO scale model railway, centred around the bustling area of Bayview Junction, just outside Hamilton.
In the era we model (roughly 1970s-1980s) Bayview junction had significant importance and featured a number of different types of trains for many different railroad companies passing through, sometimes 70+ trains in a 24 hour period.
We model CN, CP Rail and TH&B on the freight side, and CNR, CP Rail, VIA, NYC, Amtrak and GO Transit passenger services, with occasional scenic tourist steam train runs.
Our layout features Goderich, an important railway fixture even to this day for some traffic, including a view of its immense salt mine. We also have scenes in Paris (Ontario), Burlington, Oakville (including the Ford manufacturing plant) and Hamilton itself, including the DoFasco / Stelco plants at the Portlands.
Admission is free for everyone, all our welcome but we do ask if children are supervised.
Our building is accessible with an elevator at the front entrance.
We are in the same building as George’s Trains, upstairs at unit 201, 550 Alden Road, Markham, Ontario.
We look forward to seeing you there!
