RAILCARD >>>:A packed first class carriage featuring Rachel Love (Dolly Mixture), Ian Button (Papernut Cambridge, The Penrose Web), Peter Momtchiloff (Heavenly, Would-be-goods) and Allison Thomson (Heist, Trashcan Sinatras). Their fabulous album 'Two Steps at a Time' (Skep Wax/Slumberland) is full of perfect pop melodies, motorik grooves and elegant songwriting.
THE HIGH SPAN:
Support comes from these local alt-popsters who specialise in confusing tales of wyrd muddle-mindedness and hazy disconcerting nostalgia.
It's pay-what-you-can on the night - suggested donation £10, £8 concs - to defray the bands' expenses. Thanks!
