Rage Fest is an embodied movement experience built around Holy Rage; our practice of exploring intensity, power, anger, force, and expression through the body.You might stomp, scream, shake, swear, dance, crawl across the floor, whip your hair, throw your arms, growl, get sweaty, get quiet, or discover that your rage looks completely different than you expected.
There is no performance. No choreography. No “right” way to rage.
